水中拳擊班
Class Outline:
Aqua Kickboxing classes offer high intensity aqua workouts by using aquatic glove with boxing movement. Its workout is a great way to release some pent-up stress by going fast-paced music with water’s resistance. This is designed to be splashy cardio fun with an emphasis on upper body muscle conditioning.
課程特點:
水中拳擊班運用輕型拳套及水中啞鈴,並配合拳擊動作逹至高強度運動。水中拳擊不但以音樂節奏提供運動環境,亦可以透過輕快的動作及音樂釋放日常生活壓力。水中拳擊利用水中阻力,減低關節受傷風險,亦可增強關節露靈活性及肌肉力量。

Aqua Fit classes offer from low intensity to medium level, low impact hydro-fitness workouts that are excellent in promoting weight loss. Suitable for swimmer or non-swimmers, Aqua Fit not only enhances your cardiovascular fitness, it can also improve your muscular endurance thru water resistant.
課程特點:
水中健體班是一項包含由輕量至中度帶氧運動,簡單的水中動作對修身健美有顯著效果,不論你是否懂得游泳皆可參加。水中健體不但有助心血管健康,亦適合有關節毛病的學員作為減重消脂的運動。

Our Aquatic Stretching and Pilates sessions are based on low-impact movements, combining Aqua Pilates with specialized stretching to provide relief for those suffering from neck, back, and knee pain. These exercises focus on long-term muscle strengthening and improved joint control—no swimming skills required. Additionally, Aquatic Rehabilitation offers significant therapeutic benefits for individuals recovering from sports injuries or managing arthritis.

水中伸展及普拉提主要以輕量的水中動作為基礎,結合Aqua Pilates 水中普拉提與拉筋動作為有腰、頸、膝痛症的朋友帶來舒緩,長遠逹至加強肌肉質量及提高身體關節的控制,不論你是否懂得游泳皆可參加。水中復康運動亦有助運動創傷及關節炎患者提供顯注的康復治療。
